1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after order confirmation

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays

  • During peak seasons, sales, or new launches, processing times may be slightly extended

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and another notification once it has been shipped.


2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India

  • International shipping, if enabled in the future, will be governed by separate terms

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of checkout.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout

  • Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly communicated on the Website

4. Estimated Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-metro / remote locations: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier partner delays, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.


5. Courier & Tracking

  • Orders are shipped through reliable third-party courier partners

  • Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once the order is dispatched

  • Customers are advised to track their shipments regularly

Dhaara Earth is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners beyond our control.


6. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

  • Courier partners usually attempt delivery 2–3 times before marking the shipment as undelivered

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the order, the shipment may be returned to us

In such cases:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply

  • Refunds, if any, will be processed after deducting shipping and return-to-origin charges


7. Damaged Packages During Transit

If the outer package appears damaged at the time of delivery:

  • Please do not accept the package

  • Inform the delivery personnel immediately

  • Contact us at support@dhaaraearth.com within 24 hours with images

This helps us resolve the issue promptly with the courier partner.


8. Partial Shipments

In rare cases, an order may be shipped in multiple packages due to product availability. Customers will be notified accordingly, and no additional shipping charges will be applied.


9. Address Changes

  • Address changes are allowed only before dispatch

  • Once an order is shipped, address modifications cannot be accommodated


10. Delays Due to Force Majeure

Dhaara Earth shall not be liable for delays or failure in delivery caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, governmental restrictions, or logistics disruptions.
